About Blackwater Ink
Blackwater Ink is an award-winning tattoo and piercing studio in Niles, Ohio, with two locations serving Warren, Youngstown, and the wider Mahoning Valley. We cover every major style under one roof and hold every artist to the same standard: clean work, honest advice, and tattoos built to last.
Our Story
Blackwater Ink grew from a simple idea: a shop where the work speaks first. What started as a single studio in Niles is now two, from our flagship on Youngstown Warren Road to our walk-in-friendly location inside Eastwood Mall.
Along the way we earned recognition at tattoo conventions and built a reputation across Northeast Ohio for range, cleanliness, and treating every client the same, whether it is their first tattoo or their fortieth.

Both Blackwater Ink studios sit on Youngstown-Warren Road in Niles, one minutes from downtown, one inside Eastwood Mall next to Boscov's. We are a short drive for tattoo and piercing clients across Northeast Ohio, Trumbull County, and Mahoning County.
